zielinskiNicolas Ziélinski (France), initially educated as a violinist, started his vocal education at the Conservatoire of Valenciennes (France) with Daniel Ottevaere. Naturally gifted with a tremendous stage presence he’s following special courses to develop and master drama and lyric art. In 2007 he is accepted at l'École Normale Supérieure de Musique in Paris where his teacher Daniel Ottevaere is also appointed. Being granted by the Zygmunt ZALESKI fondation Nicolas Zielinksi is able to fulfill his studies. Eventually he enters the Queen Elisabeth Music College of Belgium, where he was coached by José Van Dam and othere renowned singers.

Nicolas Ziélinski is laureate of several competitions : a.o. “Vivonne” (where he was awarded with the “Prize for the most promising male singer” as well as the “The audience Award” and at the “Verviers” international singing competition 2007 the Jury awarded him unanimously with the “First Prize” (and he got also the “Audience Award”).
Furthermore he followed a large number of Master-classes, a.o. with June Anderson, José Van Dam, Helmut Deutsch, Jocelyn Dienst, Yvon Repérant, enabling him to develop various répertoires and get insight into all aspects of stage direction.

In 2011, Nicolas Ziélinksi made his debut at Staatsoper unter den Linden, Berlin in the part of "Baba the Turk" in the new Rake's progress production of K. Warlikowski, conducted by Ingo Metzmacher.

The Royal Operahouse of Wallonie (Liège), engaged Nicolas Ziélinski in the “Fairy Queen”,  “Paride ed Elena” (Gluck) and “Fledermaus”. He got lavish praise for his outstanding interpretation of Orlofsky. At La Monnaie (the Brussels Operahouse) he participated to the  production “Little England” (April 2009). Furthermore he gave several concerts in Belgium amongst others at Palais des Beaux Arts and Flagey (Brussels). He was also invited at the Teatro Real de Madrid to give a series of Haendel Concerts.

He appeared in concert with works such as the : "Stabat Mater" by Pergolèse ; "Stabat Mater" by Vivaldi ; "Cessate O mai Cessate" by Vivaldi  ;  "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff ; in several works by Satie and in "La Belle Hélène" by Offenbach. In recital his has been performing Lieder by (Strauss, Schumann, Schubert, Berlioz, Duparc …).
On the operastage he appeared in works by Monteverdi, Rossini, Haendel, Glück, and Mozart…
